Event rental
*To get a quote for your activities of 25 people and more and/or outside our business hours or to know our availabilities, please send an e-mail at studioxottawa@gmail.com and info@studioxottawa.com. Please give us as much details as possible about your event (date, hours, maximum number of people, equipment needed, settings, food and liquors on site, etc.) and we will answer you as soon as possible. *NOTA: We rarelly rent on Fridays and Saturdays. So, make sure to give us plently of advance notice to see if we can make exceptions.
Capacity (for special events):
Studio X-1: MAX. 40 people (prices range between $50/h and $100/h)
Studio X-3 and X-4: MAX. 60 people (prices range between $75 and $200/h)

*Renters need to have their own liability insurance (contact us for more details). For parties, you might be able to give us a security/cleaning deposit that we will give them back at the end of the night if they give us the room clean, on time and without any damage contact us for more details.
*Please note that there is a no outside/outdoor shoes policy in effect at the studio. So, everybody will need another pair of shoes to get inside (if they don’t want to have to walk in their socks or bare feet).
RULES / CONDITIONS.
There is a no outside/outdoor shoes policy in effect at the studio all year long. So, everybody will need another pair of shoes to get inside (if they don’t want to have to walk in their socks or bare feet). Renters are responsible to make sure that ALL their guests as well as themselves have a pair of clean shoes to change in every time they get to the carpeted area at the Studio entrance (extra fees WILL apply if this rule is not respected).
*All renters (instructors) need to provide a proof of a minimum of $2 mil liability insurance.
*All renters will be held responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment resulting from their rental.
*Rentals outside of our operating hours will also include a staff charge of $20/hr.
* Renters will only have access to the studio during their rental time.
*They will be responsible to keep the space clean and give it back as they found it. If space is not given back as clean as at the beginning of the rental time, cleaning fees WILL apply.
