Our fitness classes

Want to sweat yourself into shape while having fun?

We help busy people get control of their body so they can feel good about themselves and build self-confidence.

*Almost all our regular classes are taught by our 2 main instructors, who both have been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years, have obtain their group fitness certification (CANFIT PRO & YMCA) as well as various other fitness certifications.

Classes are fun yet challenging. We offer a variety of classes from cardio, strength to recovery classes to give a well rounded program that will:

  • Get you in the best shape of your life
  • Decrease the risk of injury
  • Make you feel better and look better
  • Empower you to be your best self

Our group classes are designed to meet the needs of busy people by providing quick, challenging yet fun workouts that will improve your health, help you lose weight and motivate you to achieve your individual fitness goals.

All our classes are between 35 to 55 minutes and you can take them in person, online (via Zoom simultaneously) or later at your convenience (videos on demand).

Drumming / Pound Fitness

Every Second Monday at 5:30pm

Channel your inner Rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session that fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout.

Strong 30 (HIIT) / Bootcamp

No class scheduled at the moment

STRONG Nation (40 minutes) is a music-led interval training. In this class, the music is crafted to drive the intensity and progression of the workout. You will tone your entire body with muscular and cardiovascular exercises.

Zumba Fitness

Every Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm

In this classes, we combines Latin music as well as music from all styles and over the world with a fun and effective workout system. You will be so busy having fun that you won’t realize that you are working out.

*Every Thursday, we will have a TBT class where students can request older songs that the instructors have done in the past.

Zumba Toning/Sentao

Every Wednesday at 5:30pm

Zumba Toning puts extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles thanks to the use of Toning Sticks (or light weights). And, Zumba Sentao combines strength;

And resistance training with innovative moves, using a chair as your dance partner. 
We combine both in this class..

Yoga and Yin Yoga

No class scheduled at the moment

We do guide a Vinyasa/Flow style of Yoga practice, which is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. And, alternate it with Yin Yoga practice every second Sunday.

(TBD) Total Body Blast (Bootcamp / HITT) - Online only

TBD ***Special 12-weeks Program

Total body blast is an extreme cardio conditioning class for every fitness level. Together, you’ll build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and develop precision and speed—without lifting a single weight. Instead, you’ll Dig Deep and cheer each other on during challenging cardio drills and explosive plyometrics designed to test your limits and leave you filled with a sense of accomplishment!
