How to Book Fitness Classes

  1. Log into your account or create one.
  2. Sign waiver if you haven’t done so yet
  3. Select your fitness class
  4. Book using/buying a drop-in, class pass, or membership.
  5. Sign your product contract if you are buying one
  6. If you have any trouble booking, please send us an e-mail at studioxottawa@gmail.com

About Our Fitness Classes

Want to break a sweat, get stronger, and have fun while doing it?

Our fitness programs are designed to help busy people take control of their health, feel better in their bodies, and build confidence.

Almost all of our regular classes are taught by our two main instructors, who each bring over 10 years of teaching experience. They hold recognized group fitness certifications (CANFITPRO and YMCA), along with several additional specialized fitness certifications.

Our classes are fun, supportive, and challenging. We offer a variety of workouts — including cardio, strength training, and recovery-focused classes — to create a well-rounded program that helps you:

• Get stronger and improve your overall fitness
• Reduce your risk of injury
• Feel better physically and mentally
• Build confidence and become your best self

Our group classes are designed for busy schedules, offering efficient and effective workouts that help improve your health, support weight loss, and keep you motivated toward your personal fitness goals.

Classes typically last 35 to 55 minutes and can be taken:

• In person at the studio

No matter how you choose to participate, you’ll get a motivating workout that fits into your lifestyle.
