Zumba Gold (55 yrs +) is starting this Monday at Studio X Ottawa.
The class will be on Monday from 5 to 5:50pm.
What is Zumba Gold?
It is a Zumba class perfect for active older adults (55 yrs +) and new comers who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
